Rapid parts paired with our dedicated and FREE phone support ensures systems are returned to full operation in a little as 48 hours, may the need arise.

Preventative Maintenance and Field Service

Our field service technicians are qualified to inspect, optimize and correct any issues during their routine preventative maintenance visits. Services Completed

• Document all essential system parameters and inspect all connected system accessories.
• Verify optimal operating voltages of all Photomultiplier Tubes (PMTs) and Pre-Amplifier boards.
• Replace any critical components required to ensure optimal system operation.
• Perform various test as performed in the factory to ensure healthy aging and provide insight to the system's detectability.
