A New Online Service Portal from Ludlum Measurements

Ludlum Measurements is developing a new online portal, SPEAR (Service Program to Ensure Accuracy & Reliability), to enhance our customer service for instruments sent to our Service Center in Sweetwater, TX. By submitting an electronic Instrument Return Form (eIRF) you will be able to:
- Verify receipt of your order by Ludlum Measurements.
- View your order’s status as it progresses through the Service Center.
- Receive notification that your order is ready for payment to be returned to you.
- Access a tracking number to follow your order’s return home.
- Receive email reminders when your instrument’s calibration is due.
Our first public reveal will allow customers to submit their eIRF to Ludlum through a future link on this web page. Scanning and emailing paper IRFs will soon be a thing of the past.
After we process your eIRF, we will send you a PDF copy of the eIRF for your files and to include in the box with your meter.
Save your eIRF email(s). By clicking the link to the customer portal in your email, you will be able to see all of your submitted eIRFs and check your order’s status anytime, anywhere.
In the coming weeks as we get closer to the full SPEAR roll out, we will be publishing updates on this page about our progress, release notes, added features, etc. We encourage you to bookmark this page to begin using SPEAR as its full capabilities start to come online.
