| | Lightweight Stretch Scope | | | | The Model 3078 Series Stretch Scopes are ideal for surveying areas for gamma radiation while maintaining distance from potentially high radiation fields. Features include:
- Lightweight, telescoping carbon fiber pole - 1.3 to 4.7 m (4.1 to 15.3 ft) long
- Dynamic range: 1 μSv/h - 10 Sv/h (0.1 mR/hr - 1000 R/hr)
- External detector with 2 GM tubes: one for low range (1 μSv/h - 20 mSv/h [0.1 mR/hr - 2 R/hr]) and one for high range (8 mSv/h - 10 Sv/h [0.8 R/hr - 1000 R/hr])
- Auto-ranging and can automatically switch between low range and high range detector
- Versions available with internal detector for dose measurements (Model 3078i)
- Lamp on the end of the detector to illuminate the inspection area
- Meter can be detatched from pole
